Terms of Service
Below are the official Terms of Service for Altegio Copilot. They govern access, use of the service, and your rights and obligations.
1. General
Altegio Copilot is provided by ALT TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C-FZ (the “Service”, “we”, “our”). The service is available to users aged 16 and above. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Billing & Subscriptions
Altegio Copilot offers paid subscriptions. Payments are processed via Stripe. You may use a trial period (if offered) and cancel your subscription anytime via the Stripe customer portal. Refunds are provided only according to Stripe policy and subscription terms. Marketplace billing periods may be synced back to Altegio.
3. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted access, or results of AI processing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altegio Copilot shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Governing law: UAE.
4. Intellectual Property
All service materials, including content, interfaces, and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Users may use the Service only for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account or disconnecting the marketplace application.
