License Agreement

1. Scope The Service is licensed (not sold) for internal business use. 2. License Grant We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during an active subscription/paid period. 3. Ownership All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, source code, models, algorithms, databases, UI/UX, documentation, and trademarks, remain exclusively with ALT TECHNOLOGIES L.L.C-FZ. 4. Restrictions You must not: - resell, sublicense, or publicly disclose Service outputs beyond your business needs; - reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or prompts; - use the Service to develop competing products; - circumvent usage limits or security controls. 5. AI Training Customer data is not used to train foundation AI models without explicit written consent. 6. Term & Termination The license is valid while your access is active. We may suspend/terminate access if you violate the Terms of Use or applicable law. 7.
